DIVE COURSES
All our entry level diving courses are conducted on site at the Amari Palm Reef Hotel, complete with air conditioned classrooms, swimming pools and fast speedboat for local diving. We are able to offer you extremely comfortable, relaxed fun diving, avoiding all the taxi journeys around the island to and from swimming pools and local dive sites! We also offer a free Discover Scuba Experience upon request for all our visitors who just want to find out what everyone else is shouting about!
Kids - bring your parents diving!
 For young adventurers like you, the Bubblemaker program is an introduction to the thrill of breathing underwater. If you're eight or nine years of age, now is your chance to take the plunge with a PADI Instructor and go pool diving.
Whether it's a glass of milk, bubble gum or submerged beneath the surface - you can't help blowing bubbles! So try blowing bubbles our way. Start out on the right fin, jump into the PADI Bubblemaker program today!
PADI Discover Scuba Diving
This is a one day experience of your first breaths underwater for those of you who do not have the time to complete the whole 4 day PADI open water course. Your instructor will go through the basic information about Scuba Diving. You will also practice some skills from the PADI Open Wate r Diver course and they may be credited to the PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certifications.
- Prerequisite: 10 years old & comfortable in water
- Duration : 1 Day (2 boat dives)
PADI Scuba Diver
This is the very first entry level dive course and can be completed in just 2 days. With the PADI Scuba Diver certification you can dive safely under the direct supervision of a PADI professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters.
During the course, you will learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. You will need to complete 3 knowledge development sessions in the classroom, practicing the skills in confined water and finally 2 Open Water training dives which can all be credited toward the PADI Open Water Diver certification.
- Prerequisite : 10 years old & swimming ability.

PADI Open Water Diver
PADI Open  Water Diver is the most widely recognized scuba certification in the world allowing you the freedom to explore underwater at the locations of your choice, rent and buy dive gear and of course continue your education and experience as a diver. When you complete the PADI Open Water Diver course, you are certified to dive without direct supervision of a PADI professional any where in the world.
We conduct our courses over a 4 day schedule. Day 1 & 2 consists of classroom sessions followed by completing all skills within a swimming pool environment. Day 3 & 4 will be your Open Water Training Dives to a maximum depth of 18 meters.
- Prerequisite : 10 years old + swimming ability.
- Duration : 3 - 4 Days
PADI Adventure Diver / Advanced Open Water Diver Course
This is a fun and interesting way to gain further underwater experience while learning about those diving activities that interest you most. Whatever your goal, be it identifying marine life, reco vering lost objects or simply gaining a higher level of confidence underwater, the Adventure Diver / Advanced Open Water Diver Course has something for you.
Five dives are required for certification, of which two, deep and navigation are compulsorily. The remaining three dives are elective. Choose from underwater naturalist, search and recovery, underwater photographer, peak performance buoyancy, multilevel and others. No matter what you choose, you will be continuing your diving education while having fun. You can also choose to do only 3 dives in one day to earn your Adventure Diver certification!

Emergency First Responder Course
 Emergency First Response teaches you to properly handle potentially life-threatening situations such as heat exhaustion, controlling bleeding, and responding to a choking victim, covering signs and symptoms of each emergency as well as teaching you to provide CPR and First Aid. This course is suitable for both divers and non-divers where you could be a lifesaver!!

PADI Rescue Diver Course
The 3 day Rescue Course consists of 12 skills conducted during 5 Rescue sessions.
This program helps you learn how to prevent accidents before they happen, and how to react if a diving accident does occur. It is usually conducted locally but can be integrated into a dive trip.

Padi Divemaster
 A PADI Divemaster is the first level considered to be a professional diver. Depending on your previous diving experience, the number of dives you have logged, and your available time,
the course can take anywhere from 2 to 10 weeks.
PADI Speciality Diver Training
A full range of specialty diver courses are available for those who want to develop extensive specialist underwater skills and experience.
