Discovery Divers is owned and operated by Eric Vinik, a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and Emergency First Responder Instructor, ensuring the highest standards of professional dive training and safety.
We are proud to have the most experienced dive teams in Koh Samui. All of our instructors are full-time employees of Discovery Divers and do not work for other dive centres. This allows us to train our team to teach and guide dives the Discovery way, creating consistency, trust, and a relaxed team atmosphere that our guests feel from day one. Because our instructors have worked together for many years, our divers benefit from clear communication, smooth operations, and a consistently high-quality diving experience.
At Discovery Divers, safety and customer care come first. All of our scuba instructors are certified Emergency First Responders, and every boat is equipped with oxygen units and first aid kits. Our scuba diving equipment is modern, well-maintained, and replaced annually, ensuring clean, comfortable, and reliable gear for all dives and PADI courses. All equipment is kept on-site at our dive centre, allowing guests to inspect its condition and ensuring a proper, personalized fit for every diver.
