This is your first professional diver certification. It is a challenging and rewarding course which will take 4-12 weeks to complete. Upon completion of the course you will be certified to lead certified scuba divers on dives and conduct certain PADI educational programs.
Here at Discovery Divers, we don’t believe in just churning out divemasters. We only want to certify divemasters who we feel have the skills and knowledge that we would want them working for us.
The divemaster program can be tailored to your individual schedule and completed in 4 weeks or more depending on how much time you want to put in daily or weekly.
The course covers diving theory, leadership skills, water proficiency and endurance exercises, as well as other essential modules.
At Discovery Divers, we also believe it is important to put these skills into practice during real dives in Koh Samui.
Many dive schools will take shortcuts, offering only basic training or having you complete required dives with solo beach sessions. While we may not be the cheapest PADI Divemaster course in Koh Samui, you will gain exceptional value by being trained by the island’s most experienced instructors. Highly recommend. I completed my advanced open water course and Lola is a great instructor. The management team is also very accommodating as they were able to schedule me on a different day due to some health concerns.
I recently completed my advanced diver course with Discovery and I had such a fantastic trip! Not only were the dive sites beautiful but the staff on the boat were super friendly and helpful, all the instructors on the boat were very kind and always making jokes which created a great atmosphere. Also the lunch provided was above expectations, so yummy! If you are looking to dive I would highly recommend going with Discovery Divers. 😀
